Great location; our third time at Kahana Falls. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping about the days that housekeeping would show up. We also had difficulty getting extra wash cloths delivered to the room.The murphy bed seems worn out; it is almost like a hammock.
From online booking to check out the staff at Kahana Falls was friendly, helpful, and brought the aloha spirit. When one of my key cards would not work one of the staff members stopped what he was doing, carried my bags upstairs and tried to help me with his key card to enter the room. He would not accept a tip. The grounds are beautiful. I love the swimming pool with the two waterfalls and the Koi pond. We will definitely stay here again. PS the Kahana Beach across the street was beautiful and we saw at least three Turtles. Dinner at Captain Jack’s restaurant, did not disappoint. we will definitely be back to see Janice and the rest of the staff Mahalo!
Super clean room, in-suite full kitchen and laundry friendly staff, quiet location.
We love Kahana Falls so much, our second time here. The location is incredible, staff are very friendly, and the hot tub is the best on the island. Will be coming back absolutely!
