PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:
Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.

Room was exactly as stated in the ad. Great price, great location. Loved the grounds and restaurant.
Started out a little shaky…the email didn’t contain the code to get into the room. The host was amazing and got it taken care of in quick fashion. The location and room was amazing. We will 100% be booking this room again for our next trip. Having all the necessity for the beach was a huge plus!
Beautiful property, we had a wonderful time
Fantastic apartment - everything about it was comfortable, clean and spacious. Awesome views, very quiet and peaceful (except on a Friday afternoon from 2-5pm when a band played in the bar right below the apartment!). The apartment was well-appointed with quality items and furniture. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful 4-week stay.
