Welcome to the FRONT ROW of the Kaanapali Plantation! It's all about location, and this condo is located in the FRONT ROW of the Royal Kaanapali Golf course at the 13th tee, providing an unobstructed view of the ocean.
THREE FULL-SIZED BEDROOMS AND THREE FULL-SIZED BATHS
Besides being on the FRONT ROW, it is also the only rental that has THREE FULL-SIZED BEDROOMS and THREE FULL-SIZED BATHS, each with it's own vanity/dressing room, full closet, and separate toilet/tub area for complete privacy. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one has two twins. The bedrooms are large with ample closet and drawer space. No AC. But all bedrooms have ceiling fans and floor fans.
OVERSIZED LANAI
This Maui condo has an oversized lanai that provides a panoramic 180 degree unobstructed ocean view, which includes Lanai, Molokai as well as many sightings of whales breeching during their migration. This condo has the largest lanai at the Plantation.
KAANAPALI PLANTATION
Kaanapali Plantation consists of 10 acres of lush tropical gardens with winding paths that lead to a beautiful pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, cabana, and outdoor kitchen. Please see the link below titled 'Click Here - More Information and Pictures' to access our website.
LARGE KITCHEN
The kitchen is spacious and is stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking. Washer and dryer included. The range and dishwasher are new.
FEATURES GALORE
Panoramic views from bedrooms and living areas, plenty of open parking, three TV's, five minute walk to Kaanapali Beach, rated the number one beach for swimming and snorkeling. Close to shops, hotels, and restaurants. WIRELESS INTERNET is provided for your laptop. This Maui vacation condo is a single level NON-SMOKING unit. The condo is 1536 square feet. We had a wonderful stay at Tyler's property! The location is great, the views are excellent. It is well-provisioned and very comfortable!
Had a great , relaxing visit with our adult kids, the location was great, view amazing with spectacular sunsets! Our only complaint was that their was no A/C so it got hot & humid at times.
We had a wonderful stay at Tyler's condo on Maui. The location was close to beaches and restaurants, but it was difficult to walk anywhere. Communication with Tyler was easy and helpful. The photos do not do justice to the sunset views you have from the back deck. While searching, it was difficult to find a place with 3 bedrooms and each with its own bathroom en suite - this had it at a very reasonable price point. The only negative was that without A/C the unit gets very hot in the afternoons and evenings. There were many fans provided. We recommend keeping the shades closed when out for the day. Enjoy this great spot!
We love coming to this Maui home. It has everything we need, and space for the whole family. The owners are responsive and helpful, and make things flow smoothly. We especially enjoy the wonderful lanai with the amazing view and peaceful surroundings. Can't wait to return in the future.
Great property, super helpful and friendly host
Tyler was super easy to communicate with. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed the lanai every morning watching the whales.

Everything was nice, good central location, easy drive to shopping, beaches, restaurants. Supplied everything we needed, including soap to wash clothes, plenty of towels. Don't forget to look in the closet for beach chairs etc. We found them the day we were leaving!
Granted, being beachside would always be ideal, but if you can’t afford that this place is perfect. It is super easy to get to and located near a lot of perfect areas for shopping and eating. The view from the lanai is absolutely beautiful. We spent every single night sitting out there. the owner was responsive very quickly to the messages I sent with a few questions would stay here again for sure!
