May 2026Upon arrival the place had a terrible musty mold smell. I booked this place specifically for air conditioning, but what we received was a portable AC unit in each bedroom even though the place had central AC, it seems like it was not in working order. It would have been nice to be notified central AC not working, since I would not have stayed there. My husband had to fix one of the bedroom AC units as the hose was broken. I am on vacation and not wanting to deal with calling maintenance. Don't they check on these units regularly??!!. The living area and kitchen were unbearably HOT in the evenings. The ceiling fan in living room was stuck on the slowest speed, so no air flow. We had to wet towels to put on our neck and heads to try to cool down or go hang out at the ABC store to soak in the AC there. It was terrible, since it was 90 degrees and humid. Clothes dryer made an extremely loud constant noise, which made watching TV impossible while dryer was running. The housekeepers that came when we checked out knew the dryer made loud noise. Why hasn't it been repaired??!! Tried to use hair dryer and it popped a breaker, so couldn't use hair dryer the rest of our stay. Door in front bedroom going to the outside has broken chain lock, so our kids felt unsafe in the bedroom. I can go on an on, but beware before booking this location. The only plus was the view from the lanai. Very very disappointed overall!
We had a fantastic time. The view is amazing. Breathtaking. The condo has everything. We were delighted with the amenities as well as the easy access to parking. I loved the lanai.
Dryer made loud noise while running.Plumbing problem in Master Bath. We couldn’t use it until 2nd week. Had to clean bathroom rugs before using. All of these things should have been resolved with a simple inspection by management Co.before we got there.
The property was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. Checkin was easy. There were a few things we encountered during our stay which i messaged the owners about and never heard back. That was disappointing. But overall a great experience.
Excellent location with great views. Short walk to the beach that made it convenient to go for only an hour or two if you wanted to squeeze something else in. There were plenty of amazing restaurants within a short drive (or longer walk). The place was clean and spacious and comfortably fit five people. We loved the deck and hanging outside.
