Each bedroom also has a sitting area that, with the addition of my pop-up desk, is perfect for those of you that need to get some work done while on vacation.
The open-plan kitchen serves as a culinary haven, outfitted with full appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop with double oven, air fryer, keurig coffee machine and a full array of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware, complemented by a pantry for your storage needs. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying delicious meals.
Relaxation and entertainment await in the living area, furnished with an oversized L-shaped couch/sofa sleeper with a tempur pedic mattress topper, smart TV, three barrel chairs, and tile flooring throughout the property. Step outside to a large lanai fitted with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating for at least 6, two reclining loungers and a closet for storage, all while enjoying direct access and views of the golf course.
Extra perks include using the pool, hot tub, and tennis or pickleball courts, enhancing your leisure options.
