Nice room. You can’t go wrong at the whaler. The shower leaked a little. Overall good experience

This condo is well equipped and a beautiful space with plenty of storage, so easy to keep clean and uncluttered. The view is wonderful. We stayed 10 days and loved being there.we highly recommend this condo for a wonderful stay in Kaanapali

Very Clean unit. Having the beach chairs available was a plus. Kitchen is well furnished with all small appliances like toaster and coffee maker, pots and pans. Having the laundry very close by was a big help. View is great off balcony. Very firm mattress on bed. Close to elevator makes it very convenient especially when carrying groceries and luggage.

The beach view was okay, but I thought the picture I saw when I rented showed that we could see some of Black Rock. The picture with this review is a more accurate picture. I could be confusing a different room when I was booking.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. The view was beautiful, the location was perfect right next door to Whaler’s village, and the condo was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the beach walking path and it was perfect for evening strolls. We had great communication with the host and were able to get a later checkout which was perfect because we had a red-eye flight that night. The pineapple iced tea in the lobby and by the pool is delicious!

The host was excellent and even offered to bring over a flashlight if the power went out again while we were there!

The room was nice and clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location with a great view. Short walk to Black Rock snorkelling area and excellent amenities in the pool and koi pond. Easy access to the beach and to markets and food court at Whalers Village. Very clean and good space for storage. Pull-out bed was as comfortable as one might expect it to be.

Pool time was very good. Tv was not easy even with the instructions. Unit was very nice and clean. We loved it and would like to stay there again when we plan our next trip to Maui. I believe we left the unit in good clean condition.

Location is perfect! I've stayed in many different units at the Whaler for the last 20 years. We did have to put a sheet over the sofa and had a couple stained towels. Otherwise, manager was responsive and we would definitely stay there again.

Condo is very clean and quiet, right on the beach!Restaurants are very close and snorkeling at Black Rock is great, highly recommend!Note you will have to pay parking at front desk (not included in vbro price)

I have stayed at the Whaler a few times and this unit was the most clean and updated, lots of space for 2 people and very comfortable! Loved the kitchen and porch space. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Whaler several times and this was the nicest unit to date. Recently remodeled with current decor. Nice view. Host had all the necessary kitchen equipment and beach chairs. Communicated easily. Will definitely return!

Incredible location and beautiful space. The lanai looks over a quiet courtyard with a beautiful view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and we would definitely come back again. Doesn’t have the best pool if you’re wanting a really nice pool, but everything else is amazing. Rooms are nice and spacious.

After the Lahaina fires, we returned home to help my elderly parents whose heydays included the first hotel built in Kaanapali. Having stayed at the majority of resorts here over the years, I highly recommend this hidden gem & experience the staff’s true spirit of aloha.

It’s the perfect little space for a quick getaway for 2 people. Oversized balcony is a real plus with the beautiful ocean view!! We will definitely come again!!
