This is a great studio condo with beautiful views. Nicely equipped with beach chairs. We've stayed here twice and will again in the future.

Great unit

The condo is convenient to shopping and restaurants and comes with anything you need for your trip to Maui. The owner is also accessible if you need anything as she checks in with you during your stay. The balcony has an amazing view if you want to watch whales or just to see the beach.

Great property. Host was extremely accommodating including working with us on a stay extension and providing additional resources during a power outage - bravo! Hope to be back!

We really enjoyed this condo – it was everything that was described and more. The location was excellent, and we were able to see a lot of whales from our lanai, as well as amazing sunsets! We have stayed at the Whaler many times and this is among one of our favorites! The host was incredibly accommodating – allowing us to extend our stay by two days when weather foiled our decision to go to Hāna. The host and cleaner (Karen) was extremely accommodating, including providing an early check-in and a rechargeable solar light during a power outage! Mahalo for a wonderful experience!!!

This is our second stay in this studio unit – once again it was an awesome 3 weeks. We hope to stay again. The location on the third floor facing the courtyard is just ideal. We were able to use the stairs but yet it’s high enough to provide a wonderful view. We ate all of our meals out on the lanai while watching the whales and enjoyed many wonderful sunsets as well. The bed and new sofa were very comfortable. We love staying at The Whaler and this unit is a well-managed property and overall just made us feel very welcome and at home. Communication with the owner has always been very good. Thank you for sharing your home – much appreciated!

Great location and view.

Our room didn't overlook the ocean completely...but we could definitely see the sea from our balcony. The studio apartment was really comfortable for our stay and had everything we needed. We loved being able to take our beach chairs (provided) down to the beach for sunset every night. The grounds of the resort were lovely and really well kept. We appreciated the free undercover parking. The aircon was great. Definitely needed! Having Whalers Village right next door meant that we didn't have to go far for restaurant options, snacks or even shopping if that is what you are in to! It is about a 50 minute drive from the airport.

From the moment we walked into the room we knew we were in paradise. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Beautiful breezes make this the perfect spot to retreat and relax. We ate most of the meals on the lanai and enjoyed our cocktails as well.The Whaler is a great property; pool was perfect and the landscaping was amazing. So beautiful!!Everyone is so friendly and helpful!Elenor was a n exceptional host - responding quickly to any question we had.It’s definitely hard to leave this place and we can’t wait for our next trip back to Maui.

This was one of the most comfortable condo rentals we have ever stayed in! You can’t beat the location and lanai views. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is super comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Great place to stay. Third floor is perfect. We never heard a sound from any neighbors. We would book for next year but need another bedroom.

This was our first time staying at The Whaler, and it was perfect for our annual trip to Maui! The location was unbeatable, the view was fantastic, and the room had everything we needed. We’d for sure stay here again!

Great stay! Property was exactly as described!

The Resort was absolutely stunning. Heaven on Earth. I couldn’t think of a better place to spend my vacation. My condo was clean and so nice with all the things I needed. I will definitely be coming back again and hopefully sooner than later. Thank you for the best time of my life!!

Room was nice. Clean and comfortable. Answered all our questions in a timely fashion. We love the Whaler and this room didn't disappoint! We will re book when we come back

A few units were a little noisy at night and they were not very good at checking the 30 minute limit on towels left at chairs by pool

We loved this studio unit - best studio at the Whaler we've stayed in. The unit was very nicely decorated and the new carpet was so plush. The host provided some wonderful extras making us feel very welcome and at home. With it being on the 3rd floor we were able to use the stairs but yet it was up high enough to have fantastic views. We ate meals out on the lanai while watching the whales and enjoyed some wonderful sunsets. Just a fantastic experience and one we would love to repeat if only there were some open dates. I have stayed at The Whaler multiple times, this unit is in a great location. Kitchen well Stocked and I appreciated the text from Ethel upon arrival. I would definitely come back again to this unit!!! 🐢🌺😎
