The residence comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with ample room to spare. The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds. The den has been outfitted with custom sliding pocket doors and a queen bed to provide a third bedroom. Both bathrooms have been luxuriously remodeled for a lavish bath experience.
The modern kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, Sub Zero fridge, and is fully appointed for you to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment.

The location was great—we loved being able to walk out the patio doors and head to the beach. We had plenty of room for our family, and it was nicely appointed with the essentials for cooking. When we needed something or had a question, Maui Resort Rentals was very responsive.
Amazing stay here for our family vacation! We will definitely be coming back.
We had a great time! Love this unit!
We had a great stay. I loved being on the ground floor; it is so convenient. Everything about the property is fantastic: the pool, the grass areas, the landscaping, the parking, and its proximity to the beach. The staff is really friendly. We loved being able to get coffee and watch the news at the pool cabana. The sports fans in my family liked that the games were on during the day at the pool cabana.
We loved the location and the patio and used it every day! Some of the appliances are dated (dishwasher, laundry) and some of the furnishings are a bit “tired”. But everything worked and functioned just fine. One thing that would be helpful is adding an instruction sheet to explain how to work the TV and the 3 remote controls that it takes to operate. The unit was cleaned and when we had questions the property management team responded quickly.
We really enjoyed the location of this unit. It was nice and convenient to walk directly from the patio to the beach and pool. It helped to keep sand out of the condo. The unit was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. MRR team was incredibly responsive to all requests. My only complaint is that the slider doors are missing screens so we were forced to keep the doors closed (to avoid critters), which meant running the AC the entire time. We weren’t able to enjoy the fresh air and sound of ocean waves unless we sat on patio.
Condo was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the three bedroom option.
Great location. Suggestions: need vacuum; appliances need updated; master shower control needed continue adjusting and leaked.

Wonderful! Layout! Location!
This place was just as advertised and was excellent for our group of 7 of 3 adults and 4 teens. It is steps from a beautiful beach, walking distance to shops, and a short car ride to hikes and supermarkets. The resort is very nice and we used the pool and gym. Highly recommended!!
What a wonderful location! The only downside was this place had no restaurants, bars or live music by pool areas. Unlike the Westin or neighboring pools. But would book here again bc of the location of this condo. Bottom floor easily accessible.
The perfect location and view. Unit had chairs and a cooler which were great for the beach.
Property location and unit is great - magical to come out of the unit and onto the beach or to the pool. The property Manager (Maui resorts) was "average" to deal with. We weren't meant to be notified when the unit was available (which unfortunately didn't occur), and it when we needed an extra blanket for sleeping at night, it was not a great trying to obtain one. For next time, I would definitely stay again at Kaanapali Alii, but would likely co-ordinate directly with the property for a unit versus using this unit.
Clean, comfortable, every necessary amenity. Swimming pools were perfect. Beach. Great property support staff! Absolutely no downside to renting this property. Yeah
Loved where we stayed! Great location—easy to walk to everything we needed-plus, parking on location was provided with cost. Everyone was helpful & friendly. Only negative—if there has to be one— was washer was super small & no fans in bathroom. Maui is is humid—hard to dry towels since we had 4 adults sharing second bathroom. Not a deal killer. We would stay there again!!😎
We enjoyed staying at the Kaanapali Alii. It is a beautiful property. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. I would highly recommend the Alii to anyone looking for a family vacation in Maui!
