Located just across the street from Kahekili Beach Park, also known as North Kaanapali or Airport Beach, it provides the perfect setting for enjoying Maui s famous beaches, snorkeling, and sunsets. Inside, you ll find two private , spacious, and comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the second full bathroom has also been tastefully remodeled with modern finishes. A fully equipped remodeled kitchen makes dining in easy, whether preparing a quick breakfast before a day at the beach or cooking a full meal to enjoy with family and friends on the outdoor Lanai. The International Colony Club s prime location puts you close to everything West Maui has to offer. Enjoy the nearby Kaanapali Beach Resort area with its shopping, dining, and golf, or take a short drive to explore the natural beauty of Napili Bay and Kapalua. Construction Notice: Phase 2 of the resort's water improvement project is scheduled from August 12, 2026 through January 10, 2027, with work progressing by cottage group and possible construction noise from workers and equipment. While access to cottages is expected to remain available, schedules may vary due to weather or unforeseen conditions.

The International Colony Club is a charming Hawaiian plantation style property located at the base of the prestigious Kaanapali Hillside. EVERYTHING was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed to make wonderful dinners. The bedrooms were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were so well-equipped. The hostess easy to communicate with. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the pools were a nice place to relax. Can’t wait to visit this condo in Maui again!
