One of the most beautiful villas at Ho’olei, this home has been completely remodeled and redecorated creating a stunning and serene Coastal Beach Luxe vibe. All new furnishings and décor sourced from Maui’s premier home and lifestyle shop, Hue Home + Design. Each piece has been hand-picked and impeccably placed by one of the owner/designers of this well-known local design studio.
Building 17 sits alone on the furthest South edge of the property. Phenomenal Pacific Ocean and neighbor island views including picturesque sunsets nightly. Don’t miss magical moments of Humpback Whales breaching in Winter months.
No expense has been spared in this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome. From the refreshed tile flooring, to the beautiful new stone counters, through to all of the updated appliances and systems, this villa will impress all who stay here and will have you returning year after year.
The Primary Bedroom is located on the lower level and features a King Bed, large en suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks and a huge closet! Enjoy your own private ocean view lanai with lounge chairs just off the primary room. The second bedroom is also located downstairs with 2 queen beds and a full en suite bathroom. The top floor features a guest bedroom with King sized bed and private en suite bathroom.
The main living area offers all expected luxuries including, large Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with grand breakfast bar island and a bonus half bath for convenient guest use.
This two-story home also features central air conditioning throughout, a full sized washer and dryer, private garage, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for use during your stay. Please note that the elevator is not available for guest use at this home so there will be stairs.
The grounds at Ho'olei feature a stunning pool with a waterfall, grotto, sandy beach area for children, and two jacuzzis to enjoy. There is a fitness center next to the expansive pool deck, and also a covered kitchen pavilion. Poolside massages are also available! This is a gated community with 24 hour security available.
Beach access is located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are able to dine at any of the resort restaurants, as well as set up spa appointments, but please note that pool access at the adjacent resorts is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa. Additional shopping and dining are just a moment away at the famous Shops at Wailea. Top golf courses and tennis clubs are also less than a mile away.

Immaculate property in an ideal location. The host was amazing, as were the community amenities. This is a five star villa.
Villa was perfect. It was beautifully decorated. The lanai was perfect to enjoy the beautiful ocean view with coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset. Easy access to the beach. It was walkable, but easier with just a short car ride. The pool on the property was also very nice as well. Location was walkable to restaurants and shopping.Each bedroom was comfortable. But the bedroom with two queen beds was small for two guests and the bathroom needed an upgrade to include double sinks. Kitchen had everything except steak knives which would be a nice addition. So glad we choose to stay together in a villa and not separate hotel rooms. We really enjoyed our Maui vacation. Lots of memories.

Our family gathered to celebrate my 70th birthday in the beautiful villa. The space was perfect for us all to spread out and relax. We could see whales from the balcony every day with our binoculars and sunsets were beautiful. Could not have been better in my dreams.

All the comforts of home, in a beautiful setting with a view. We loved the split floor plan with king bed rooms on separate floors. Great living room with big sofa everyone could lounge on, convenient to all of Wailea and quick trips to Kihei.
We loved everything about this property! Very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any kitchen utensil that we could want. The management company was very easy to work with. The pool was every bit as good as any resort pool, and the grounds very nicely kept. We would definitely recommend!
This place was everything I hoped it would be. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had a lovely view. Tawny was great to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope we’ll be back!
Very nice condo and beautiful views! The lounge chairs on the patio are not the best but everything else was top notch! Management super responsive throughout our stay.
