Ocean View Villa, Heart of Wailea, Ho'olei L1 23-1, Third Tier

Wonderful stay. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Was comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful house with plenty of space for 6 adults. We were able to walk most places including the ocean, restaurants, bars, and shops. We took advantage of grilling dinner and enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from the deck while we ate. We would definitely stay again!

Two families with grade school aged kids. Stunning views from lanai that opens completely. Kitchen very well set up for the few meals we did cook (so many good restaurants nearby it's hard to cook!). Overall a very beautiful home. Swimming pool amazing when we were relaxing closer to home. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Property manager communicated very well. Wish we had more time...overall a wonderful vacation!

Exceeded expectations

This villa was perfect for our family of six (parents plus teen/grown children). Much happier here than we would have been at a hotel, for sure. Great location, spectacular views, nice layout. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here with our son, DIL, and two grandchildren, ages 10 and 13. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, we all had our own separate quarters for privacy and the common area was wonderful to share. The kitchen was very well appointed with high end appliances and all the utensils you would ever need. We had coffee on the lanai every morning and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean. There were just a couple of issues but management was very responsive. The AC wasn’t working the first night in the master bedroom and that thermostat controls all three of the bedrooms, so it was pretty hot, but it got resolved the next morning. We also didn’t have as many beach towels as we were supposed to so they brought more right away. And Daisy went above and beyond and brought me a little desk lamp for the desk in the master bdrm so I could see to put my makeup on! The only downside that we found was the 10 minute walk to get to the beach which we knew about when we rented it so it wasn’t a surprise, I think we just didn’t realize how much it would really matter until we got there. The walk back is all uphill too. The pool at the property is really nice but there wasn’t a lot else for the grandkids as far as activities right there. I think this might be a better fit for people with young children, but it all depends on what you are looking for. Great property though and great management!

This was our third trip to Maui in the past three years. We stayed at the same vacation rental our first two times there. While we loved it, it was in upcountry and took almost an hour to drive to Wailea Beach. We decided that if we ever went back to Maui we would have to find a place closer to the beach and other things to do. I was worried that we wouldn’t find a place that we liked as much, however, this place was everything we could have wanted and more! We went to celebrate my oldest daughter’s high school graduation, and it was a perfect trip of relaxation with beautiful views from the home and convenient access to everything you could want to do in the area. The house is beautifully decorated and a perfect layout. We just loved opening the sliding doors as soon as we woke up in the morning so that we could enjoy the outdoors and beautiful view of the beach while we were drinking our coffee and eating breakfast. The house is so well stocked and there’s nothing we needed outside of food. we appreciated having so many beach towels and accessories as well and a garage for the car. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable! Really can’t say enough wonderful things about the place and the hosts were very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this home!

Clean, well appointed, and a killer ocean view made this property an amazing place for our 6 day family getaway. Nice resort pool and short walk to the beach and shops, yet private and quiet so no dealing with normal hotel crowds. Big kitchen with patio bbq added to making this the perfect place for our stay.

A more contemporary furnishing touch than other Ho’olei properties we have stayed in previously, this is a great place. Love the round table for family dinners when the weather doesn’t favor eating on the lanai.

Beautiful condo. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing view. Only issue was key cards did not work and did not get replaced as requested. Fortunately, garage easy to access condo.

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful space, gorgeous view, and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need from kitchen essentials to beach equipment. My family really enjoyed everything this place had to offer, and we had a truly memorable vacation as a result. One tiny issue was some of the utensils and plates needed extra cleaning, but that’s probably on the previous vacationers. The property management company was also super nice and helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

We always enjoy our time in this community and 23-1 was a great unit. Management team communicated great upon arrival through checkout. High recommend this unit.
