Kaanapali Luxury Vacation Rentals welcomes you to our beautiful Luana Garden Villas at the Honua Kai Resort.
This listing is for “four” separate neighboring villas in one building, which is perfect for a multi-family vacation. Luana Garden Villas is the final phase of Honua Kai Resort & Spa, located on the stunning Kaanapali Beach on Maui’s western shores. The listing includes two garden level and two upper level villas that will include 12 king beds, 12 baths and 4 sofa beds combined to accommodate up to 32 guests. Enjoy your own luxurious, fully furnished private homes set within the Honua Kai resort.
These luxurious villas are located within the 38 family-friendly acres of the Honua Kai Resort & Spa, designed with relaxation and memory-making in mind, offering guests an unmatched resort experience while proving residential living at its finest. These villas boasts over 8000 sq.ft of contemporary interior living space each with expansive western windows that open up to wide lanais, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.
All four homes are fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation including a gourmet kitchens to prepare your favorite meals. The Lanais are equipped with outdoor kitchenettes and BBQ grills and plenty of lounging and dining spaces for your entire group. These homes include private garages and additional parking spaces and ensuite full size washers and dryers.
Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children’s shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store and Spa. Please note due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, resort amenities may be subject to change or closure.
TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
We have a collection of beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos in the Hokulani and Konea towers along with several gorgeous Luana Garden villas within the Honua Kai resort.
Resort has a NO PET policy.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival is subject to a 10% (of total) cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Please review the listing Terms and Conditions for more information. We highly recommend that all guests purchase a travel insurance policy. Cancelation policy is strictly enforced. All credit cards fees will be deducted before a refund is issued.
* 11B-The Living room Central ACs is not working and we have installed a portable AC for our guest's comfort. The rest of the villa's central AC is working fine. The replacement AC is due to be installed as soon as the new systems arrive. Our rates have been reduced due to the inconvenience.

This property was perfect for our family get together. We had 31 members and we all fit comfortably. The units were above what we even anticipated. Could not have been more perfect. All concerns were met with immediate responses. Loved this place
This was an amazing property! Absolutely beautiful!
Best ever, pictures don’t do it justice
Fereshteh and Roshy are amazing hosts! The property is a 4 condo unit that allowed for all of our 20+ group to stay together with enough room for down time. Each of the 4 units was in great shape. Fully equipped inside and out. Everything was in working order with the exception of 1 room in 1 condo having a supplemental ac unit in place while the central unit was being serviced. They fully disclosed this in advance. There is a pool and spa 30 feet out the back door for all to use and we pretty much had it to ourselves during our 1 week stay. This property is located at the back of the resort so it was a short 5-10 m walk down to the beach and other amenities. We had access to everything which was great. The area was clean and safe with plenty of security. Security was visible and often was our nighttime reminder of the pool “ closing time” we did get asked nicely to quiet our noisy group down late one evening. It was late and we were clearly having our share of fun bling. (Sorry neighbors) The location was good. Groceries, restaurant and even a Snorkel Bobs all within a mile. You do not need to overplan trips to Costco etc as there is a great grocery store 3 min away with more reasonable “ local” prices. Overall a great experience. Next trip to Maui the will be the first property I look at. Thanks for helping make our stay simple and stress free ✅ Scott C and Crew
We brought our entire family of 26 people for a 2 week stay at Villa 11. We rented out all 4 units and had the time of our lives. We have stayed at many other villas at large resorts on Maui and this one was excellent. It was extremely clean and the amenities are brand new. The management staff was very accommodating and helped us with everything that we needed. The location is fantastic! Short and easy walk to the beach, but there was a great pool and yard right outside our villa. It could not have been better. We will definitely stay again.
