TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

Was a wonderful stay
Great property, especially for those who want great pool options in addition to the beach.
The property was surprisingly beautiful and nicer than the pictures showed. It was a great layout on an incredible resort. Our host was extremely responsive in resolving issues that arose and I would definitely book with her again
This property was amazing, it had several pools and hot tubs and beautiful gardens all around. Only a few steps from the beach. Our host was great at communicating and answered all questions right away. The unit was spacious and cute and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great condo and stay at this Kaanapali property. Condo was exactly as advertised, and communications with property manager was great. Mountain view (as shown) with great balcony with sun from 0800-1500 and nicely sheltered from wind. Would definitely return!
Resort is beautiful and the room/condo was nice. Appliances and furnishings were very nice. Never experienced nana walls before and really liked how big they make the room feel! Were afraid of the screens after multiple warnings about ease of damage so we did not use them. Parking for the building gets very difficult after 7pm. Valet personnel were not always available. Not their fault - it gets a little crazy workload for them! Towels for pool and beach come from a vending type machine with radio trackers and a loss fee. Some machines get turned off overnight and are generally require patience. The elevator in our wing apparently has been out of service for a long time. The main elevator bank had one of the 2 broken for a day during our stay. There are 6 BBQ's near the lazy river. They are kept very clean and seem high end but 2 would not light and 1 would not heat up. Called the help number and they responded quickly.
