Overlooking the Hokulani Tower's vibrant interior courtyard and pool, Hokulani 225 is a luxurious 2BR/2BA suite offering gorgeous partial ocean views from between the lush palm canopy. In addition to its highly sought-after location, the suite belongs to a rare class of 2BR floor plans that directly face the ocean. This allows guests to enjoy beautiful views of the tranquil blue Pacific from nearly every room in the residence, including the living area and both bedrooms.
Reconnect and celebrate with your group in the upgraded 1200 sq ft interior featuring upgraded flooring and high-end furnishings. With a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living area, the suite can easily accommodate up to six guests, creating the perfect space for small groups and families to gather comfortably. For added flexibility, the guest bedroom's king-size bed can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance and utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

This property was absolutely perfect! 100% as shown. Very spacious, clean and great location. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities at the resort. The sunset view from this unit is stunning! Goat was also great to work with.
Overall, nice property. The balcony is a shared area. The partial ocean view is only a view if you walk over to the balcony wall and look over it. This “balcony” is a shared walkway, with at least 7 or 8 other condos. The main picture is very misleading, as the table is actually 10’ away from the wall, closer to the condo doors. So really no view from condo unless you are standing. This was our first trip to Hawaii. We spent our first morning dealing with the property mgr, who was very nice, but admitted that the pictures are misleading. They found us another property, but we had to pay out an addl 1400. They told us they would try to have us in the new condo the next morning by 12. So we spent the next morning repacking everything so we would be ready to go, as we had reservations for a luau that evening at 5. They finally got us into the condo by 330. Needless to say we wasted our first morning and 2nd day there, plus an additional 1400 (that I feel should have just been comped, since we looked at numerous places before deciding on this one), trying to get something taken care of, that should never have been an issue in the first place. Nice place if you don’t care about a view.
Check-in and parking was easy. Our 2 br condo was perfect for us. (2 couples). Everything was great. No problems at all! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Great vacation, space, and services / amenities
Very nice property even though all the construction that was going. We opted to still stay with construction because we had got a good deal and the construction was not obtrusive. Would like to stay the again after all the repairs get made.

The property was great. We had an excellent vacation
Great experience at Honua Kia. Room was clean and well maintained, and bigger than it looks in the photos. Liked the wristband door keys and towel dispensers by the pools. We?ll be back!
Fourth stay at the Honua Kai. KBM and Honua Kai both provide excellent service, everyone is so accomadating and helpful. Having Dukes right on site is great for those evenings when you don't feel like leaving the property. Looking forward to coming back next year.
