TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.
Bed Split Fee:
$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in the guest bedroom.

We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it!! Having two master bedrooms bedrooms with king size beds was a must for us when booking a property. The chairs, sand toys & cooler included with the property kept us from spending money to purchase those items when we arrived. There were nice backpack beach chairs that we used daily and our boys enjoyed playing with the sand toys at the beach. The store off the lobby was a nice addition from last year and very convenient. The only recommendation I would give the property managers is to fix and/or replace the vacuum and dust pan. It was hard to leave but we will definitely book it again! replace the dust pan
This is our 8th stay here
We had a great time. The resort is well kept and it was nice to have pool service from Dukes. I wish our building’s store was open. We talked to others too who found it inconvenient to have to go to the building next door of sundries and snacks. Our condo was wonderful, great location, very clean.
One light was burned out in bathroom. Guest bathroom the toilet paper holder was loose on wall and base was missing. You should have a makeup mirror in master bathroom for women.
This is definitely a 5* property! The condo was very clean, had all the kitchen gadgets you would ever need, beach chairs, toys, etc. The check in process was extremely easy. Just drove up to the valet and let them know we were there. We had the room key code already and it made for such as easy check in. Everything in the condo was in working order. Ease of communication and response times were exceptional. We will be booking again!
The property is in a great location. Easy beach access and 3 pools to choose from. The lanai was a great spot for morning coffee and evening relaxing and watching the sun set or rise over the water. The kitchen is well stocked but with the food truck court in walking distance, cooking is optional!
This was a condo in a resort setting with all of the amenities you are looking for. The condo is better in person than the pictures posted. There are multiple pools great for families. It can get busy during high season but very quiet when the kids are back in school season. Resort a few blocks away from the grocery store and other food places. Super convenient. We had a great stay.
We stayed late January to early February 2023 and unfortunately the resort and the condo were not what we were expecting. First, the resort itself is older and undergoing maintenance, which means more noise and equipment than usual, such as cranes for power washing and painting the exterior. The landscapers started around 7 am with their leaf blowers and hedge trimmers, too. Second, the resort seems geared towards families with kids. The pools were pretty crowded with adults and children, and the beach can get crowded, too. There's also not much option for shade unless you get there early or purchase beach umbrellas (which we did). The condo itself was okay, but not as clean or comfortable as we expected for the price that we paid. The dryer is not vented so you are not supposed to put sheets or towels in it; the bathrooms don't have hand towel racks so you're always trying to air the wet towels out; the knives and scissors in the kitchen are dull, the mattresses are very soft (not great if you prefer a firmer mattress); and the balcony is in the sun for most of the day, except for early morning when the noise in the courtyard below begins or in the evening. We did contact the property manager about a week into our stay and she said had we contacted her sooner she would have tried to fix some of these issues. She was very responsive and did offer to send someone over to fix the broken toilet paper holder and also offered us a dining voucher for our inconvenience, which we declined. We did send her photos though of the areas that were in need of cleaning and repair. In summary, if you want to stay near the beach in Maui with your family and kids, this might be a good condo and resort for you. Lots of other kids and not high end or fussy. I do think for the price though, there might be better options for a beach vacation.
The condo was beautiful with 2 very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The ac could of been a little bit better , it just turned off too much and you had to keep turning back in every time the balcony door was opened. It would of been nice if it turned itself back on when the door was closed. Otherwise it was a very nice place and I would stay here again if I have the chance.
Having been to Maui on several occasions, this location provided the best snorkeling just outside the condo. The condo was beautiful and easily accommodated the 5 people in our group.
Unit was very clean and beach supplies were available for use. A little tight for a family of six but otherwise very nice condo. My family loved the resort. Highly recommend
