Resort Fee: $40/day + tax, paid directly to the resort(includes self parking)

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
🏨ZONING: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short-term rental ban.
🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The resort’s A/C replacement project is scheduled to begin in January 2026. If your selected dates are available, your unit will have working central A/C.
Guests may hear intermittent weekday noise from nearby units (8 AM–5 PM). No weekend work is planned unless delays occur. Mahalo for your maopopo (understanding).
Repairs to the hot tubs are scheduled to begin on Monday, February 23, 2026. To safely complete this work, the hot tubs and wading pool will be temporarily closed, and the surrounding area will be secured with safety barriers.
The Hokulani pool is expected to remain open, with minor adjustments made to reduce water splashing into the work zone. As part of site preparation, the Hokulani pool water level will be lowered by approximately 3-4 inches to help maintain a safe working environment while still allowing pool use.
Repairs are anticipated to take approximately three weeks, with an expected completion around March 16, 2026. Actual timing may vary depending on site conditions such as the weather.
Once repair work is completed at the hot tubs, it will be refilled, water chemistry will be balanced, and the hot tub will be reopened for use.
🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:
Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you experience more than normal pest activity, we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
☀️ HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:
Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.
