Boasting one of the largest one-bedroom floor plans at Honua Kai, Konea 144 is a luxurious, upgraded ground-floor suite offering effortless access to the resort's pools, beach, and BBQs. In addition to its spacious 750 sq ft interior, your group will enjoy the extra room provided by a large adjacent lawn area, the perfect spot to lounge in the sun. Take in views of the majestic West Maui Mountains or the resort's lush, manicured grounds from this suite's delightful location.
When it's time to rest, the gentle Maui breeze will lull you into a deep slumber in the primary bedroom's king-size bed. If needed, the sofa converts to a queen-size bed to accommodate an extra guest or two. The living room and primary bedroom both have a flat-screen television if you want to catch your favorite show before you drift off.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is complemented with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, as well as a full array of utensils. We also exclusively offer a Vitamix blender to create the perfect tropical smoothie or libation. Just bring the ingredients! Enjoy your meal outside under the majesty of the West Maui Mountains or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning.

Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian-inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. For coffee, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go items, including beach gear and souvenirs, visit the Whalers General Store conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.

We had a wonderful stay. It’s great for kids or without. We had a toddler who loved it and it was set up great for her. The ground level was for sure worth it! Only complaint is the dryer doesn’t dry very well so you have to layout your clothes to dry which isn’t too big of deal since it’s so warm.
Konea 144 is fairly well-appointed and had enough tools to prepare a few meals during our stay. The beach chairs, boogie board, and sand toys were very handy as we spent a lot of time at airport beach down the street. We would definitely stay here again.
The accommodations were nearly perfect for what we wanted. Lots to do right here at Honua Kai and the beach, and boardwalk were beautiful to walk. We saw turtles and spotted sting ray the first day and loved every minute. The only downfall was the shower head was very aggressive and quite painful, with no adjustments! The water was sometimes warmer for the first shower and lukewarm if you were lucky after that…and we shower fast! It was nice that they had coffee and salt and pepper. One suggestion would be to have oil as well. Interesting placement of cutlery and plates but that’s just a reflection!
This place was great for my family visit to Maui. Good location, beach & amenities. Good parking & nice pools & hot tubs.
This condo was a great place for our family of four. The kids loved the pools. We would definitely return and stay here again. The first floor condo was perfect for our young kids and could go outside without worrying about a balcony. There's a parking garage underneath the Konea tower so was convenient to get in & out of. The kitchen has limited stock and just enough servingware for 4 people. The cooler bag and beach toys were perfect for our beach day trips. The beaches are a little rocky right out front but theres great snorkeling nearby Black rock. Kaanapali has most of the action for our visit including luau's and boat charters (we caught the Hula Girl and boarded from the beach 2 miles south of the condo).
Room was really clean and nicely put together. Had a good flow and was quiet. It was very pleasurable to stay in, and had great access to both the outside, general store and the elevator. Really enjoyed having a first floor room, and there were no issues that I can think of. Would definitely use that room again. Came furnished with some beach, chairs, and boogie boards which was great to have we actually extended an extra night at the end due to our flight leaving late at night, and the management company was very responsive and easy to work with. No complaints at all.
Condo was perfect! Clean and it had everything we needed for a great stay! Location and comunity were amazing! Enjoyed the little extras like beach chairs and toys! Would love to stay here again!
Beautiful property
We really enjoyed the space. Close to the pools and beach with all the amenities we needed.
Our family of four (8 year old son and 6 year old daughter) had such a wonderful week at this condo. It included all of the needed kitchen supplies and Maui Westside was super responsive when a question came up. We loved being at ground level and facing away from the center of the resort. Lots of privacy, yet very quick access to the pools and the beach. I hope we get to return soon!
