Hokulani 841 is simply one of the finest two-bedrooms on offer at Honua Kai. This upgraded suite boasts a stunning 8th-floor "penthouse" vantage point and is among the most sought-after two-bedroom floor plans at the entire resort. What distinguishes this column in the Hokulani interior is the direct ocean views from virtually every interior vantage point of the suite.
This premier two-bedroom boasts a spacious 1320 sq ft within and offers direct ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, living area, and 340 sq ft wraparound lanai. In addition, this suite features numerous upgrades throughout, including premium wood-grain tile flooring and updated furniture and furnishings.
Hokulani 841 can accommodate up to six guests in two king-size beds and one queen-size convertible sectional sofa sleeper in the living area. For added flexibility, the guest bedroom's king-size bed can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge.

My family and I had the BEST time at this rental - we felt special and VIP! The room as even more amazing in person and had so many amenities! I would recommend this Maui location/hotel/residence to anyone and everyone who wants to have a luxury stay.
The condo was amazing, with more than enough room for our family of 4. The view was great. The resort was really nice. Steps from a great beach, pools to choose from, and Dukes was a great option for food. The only downside was the amount of driving we did to get to most of our activities.
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. This was our third stay at this resort and this condo offers fantastic amenities with incredible views. Our flight landed a little early , so we had to wait a little longer to check in but once we were settled, we made ourselves right at home. We had no issues other than the Wi-Fi was a little spotty outside of our unit and accessible at the gym. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would stay here again and recommended to friends/family.

First off the property manager was very responsive and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. But…The umbrellas were both broken, the toilet seat was cracked, the fridge was broken leaked everywhere and the dishwasher bottom rack is broken so you can only put a few plates down below. If you need anything besides salt and pepper you need to bring it yourself. The worst thing is this unit has incredible views but you can’t leave the nano doors open because the birds fly in and go to the bathroom everywhere! There are screens for the doors but the owners lock them up so you can’t close the screens. I would definitely rent from Maui Rentals again but a different unit.
Beautiful condo with great views. Nice to have washer and dryer. Also nice to have ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas and noodle handy for snorkeling and day trips. As beautiful as the condo is, we spent most of our time out on balcony, enjoying views. We’d definitely come back.
Paid a lot of non-refundable money upfront for a two week stay so it would have been nice if VRBO and Maui Resort Rentals disclosed that this unit sits atop the elevator shaft and the noise can be heard and felt 24/7. Very disappointed in Maui Resort Rentals for not responding to my emails about this during our stay. Had to call maintenance a few times to unlock one the thermostats, fix the oven door and unclog two sinks - it's as if management did not inspect the unit before our arrival. The dining room table had a few years' worth of food under the glass so we cleaned it ourselves. Dishwasher had baskets that must have been cannibalized from another model because they did not fit properly. For this overpriced unit I expected better. That said, the size was good for two couples and the view of the ocean was nice. If you don't mind constant elevator noise and you don't mind staring at all the other condo occupants on their balconies, this might be the place for you. I will not be returning.
This unit was fabulous - you will not be disappointed with the views from the wraparound deck, the condition of the furniture (incredibly comfortable beds), or the communication with Maui Resort Rentals. Highly recommended - it may be a pricey unit, but it's worth it. I am taking home some "aloha" with me as a result of this trip, and I hope you do, too.
My Husband and I took our Moms and we all loved every moment. This was the second time my Husband and I stayed at this resort. Views are amazing and the room is clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!
We had a lovely time as always. We’ve never had a bad visit at honua Kai. The rental agency was responsive. All staff on property were gracious at all times. Can’t wait to go back.
