Good spot. Very central. Was dropping off child at U of Hilo. Was a perfect location for that.
Cute house, easy to get to, convenient location, but dusty and with some roaches.
Check in was easy, home was close and easy to access. Cute quiet neighborhood. Loved the comfort of this home, great equipped kitchen, washer and dryer on property, beds are so comfortable. Home was clean but not too "Fancy". Would rent again!

This property made me feel like what it would feel like to be a local. It's an older Hawaiian house in a well kept, quiet neighborhood. I liked the big widows we kept open and a few mornings hearing the rain was so soothing. It was a relaxing place for my family after long days sightseeing. I appreciated the driveway and covered parking since it rained quite a bit during our stay. We had a great time here! Thank you!

Thom's place was in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in the Hilo area. Centrally located. The cottage was older, but well kept and clean. Great for a short stay.
The home is stylish on the pictures, although in reality the place is really old and needs maintenance Carpets are stained and smelly, kitchen has insects defecation on almost all of then. Bathroom doesn't makes it better. The bed mattress are ok, but again bedsheets are stained and the rooms does not smell good. Everything is in bad shape and from the pictures you would not except it. We were very disappointed by this rental.
This house was a great place for our 3-day visit to Hilo and the east side of the Big Island. The location is great, and easy to find. The house had everything we needed, and gave us a good sleep and start/end to our days. We didn't spend much time there during the day, as we were out seeing the volcano, driving to the south end of the island, and looking around Hilo. We had a wonderful visit.
Loved this place. House was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Loved sitting outside at night and stargazing. Would definitely rent this house again.
A little outdated and grimey. Feels like going to grandmas house. But a nice quiet neighborhood!
