You will be just 3 miles from Hilo airport, Liliuokalani Park and Garden, Carlsmith Beach Park, and many other popular attractions and restaurants. This spacious house sleeps up to 3. Enjoy the proximity to Volcanoes National Park, Rainbow Falls, Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden and much more!
Start your vacation at this centrally located home, surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and beaches! If you are visiting Hilo for business, this space is ideal as well, high-speed internet through Spectrum (300mbps). Our beautiful floors, modern kitchen, and walk-in shower give the space a luxury feel. In addition to the one queen size bed,. there is twin size daybed to accommodate extra guests; please note there are no extra beds. Air mattresses are available upon request.
Please Note: As this is a multi-unit property, guests may occasionally hear normal household noise from the upstairs unit, including footsteps and general activity.
Private parking is on-site at the entrance of the apartment. Please let us know if you will need space for more than 2 vehicles. Shared laundry room available on property.Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. Property manager on site.

Was very convenient to the city and the tourist spots around. We had no issues other than a little noise from upstairs that was mentioned in other reviews We contacted Maggie once about a remote that wasn’t working and she responded quickly and corrected the problem. We would rent the place again.
Property was nice , was annoying hearing people upstairs, unit was pictured with couch actually had day bed, not optimal for trying to watch TV, instructions to get into unit were not clear . Overall nice property .
I loved staying at Maggie’s studio in Hilo. It was really clean and spacious. There were plenty of parking and I like the usage of having a kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer. I would come back and stay here again the next time I’m back at the big island.
Room was clean, air conditioning was great, host responds quickly and close to stores. Would definitely stay there again.
Major cross streets within a 10th of a mile grocery store, gas station, Baskin-Robbins Subway McDonald’s Walmart. Easy to get down to the marina and Beach area in the Hilo proper airport close by. Laundry in garage. Modern.

Property was very comfortable and had easy access to stores restaurants and other conveniences. It is a large studio and had all the necessary amenities. Only negative thing was the noise from the upstairs unit. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay again.

The studio is great, and the only issue was figuring out the location of the front door to the studio, which is inside the garage. Some noise when other occupants overhead, otherwise it’s a great location.
I stayed there for two weeks. Nice studio apartment in a duplex. The only downside is it’s next to a busy road and when people are in the other unit above you, you can hear them walking around. Otherwise a great place to stay.
Great place for your trip to Hilo. Very clean! Grocery is walking distance. Laundry is nice. Would definitely return.
Very clean and well maintained. Excellent and easy communication with host. Nice new laundry facilities on the premises, just outside our door. Beautiful property, especially for an extended stay because my husband was working on the island for a while. Lovely!
