Enjoy Hilo in our fresh renovated Pineapple Loft! The Loft is stylishly furnished with a comfortable sitting area, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and a charming half bathroom.
Our space is freshly renovated and super comfortable. We have a well-equipped kitchen for you and our location is right in Hilo - It is a short walk to Downtown but still very quiete and private.
The whole house is full of amenities - come and enjoy the Aloha the Pineapple Loft has to offer you! Mahalo and safe travels!
The landscape of Hilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii, is diverse. Beaches of black, gray, brown and white sand give way to mountains and dramatic waterfalls. Hilo`s Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo is the only U.S. zoo in a tropical rainforest. A day trip away are snow-capped Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, with observatories near 11,000 feet on both mountains, and Kilauea Caldera, an active volcano which is currently aslepp but worth a day trip to see the scenery! Back in town are a farmer`s market, restaurants, shopping and amazing banyan trees. Hilo downtown is reachable for you by foot and has so much charme to offer!

Honoli`i is a great surf spot close to Hilo for beginners and surfers all levels to catch some good waves.
Also the golf course is only 5min away if you want to enjoy a Hilo Golf session close to a beautiful Japanese garden.
We offer free parking on our property. You are only a short walk away from Hilo downtown with all their beautiful spots and restaurants as well as the beach.
The Hawaii County Mass Transit Agency provides public Hawaii transportation around the Big Island on the Hele-On Bus. They offer the only public transportation to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, with service Monday-Friday from Hilo. We do recommend though renting a car if you like to explore the island!
You can self Check-in via keypad and a personalized code which we provide you with our arrival information. We will send you all the information you need typically 2 weeks before Check-in. We have Wifi throughout the home for your pleasure and business needs. Also streaming TV is available in the living room.
There is also a BBQ to use at the outside Lanai area. Ask us for Washer and Dryer access we happy to provide you with the information.
We have a Ring outside exterior camera on property in case you want to interact with us as well or if you have any questions feel free to text us through Airbnb. We are available 24/7 for you and your group of guests!

It was very clean, cute and comfortable. A great place to stay in Hilo.
We loved our stay! From booking this property… communication with host, and arriving at the home for our Merrie Monarch week. It was AWESOME!!! We are looking forward to next year and have already booked this same property. Everything was as expected with the description on site. We were beyond comfortable and felt at home. Mahalo Pineapple loft!
Simone provided detailed information on getting to the place, parking spot with pictures which made it very easy even though we arrived late. The place itself is beautiful with a lot of nice touches. It was themed true to the pineapple loft name :). There were a lot of beach gear for us to use, books to read, indoor games to play. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make a meal and the fans and window ac in the bedrooms helped us sleep well. The place itself felt like home.
We enjoyed our stay at Pineapple Loft. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was a few short blocks from Downtown Hilo with many restaurants and stores near by. The beds were comfortable. If we return back to Hilo, I would welcome the opportunity to stay there again.

The property was clean, and had a comfortable bed. Beach towels and snorkel equipment were also available. There was a sour damp smell upstairs. The property was located next to a house with trash and refuse all over their yard. The views from the windows were of run down houses and yards.
This property was so cozy and exactly like the pictures. The beach and kitchen equipment was so helpful. Cleanliness was great. Though we drove into town the walk is very doable! And everything you need, restaurants, grocery , shopping. I do wish there was a screen door for the back door but all in all such a great place to stay in Hilo!!
This property is within walking distance of greats restaurants & pubs but does NOT have AC as advertised. While generally a non-issue in HI, the sounds & lights from the town make it less ideal for open windows while sleeping. Walkjng distance to Pineapples, which is as worth it as you’ll see in the first book! Mahalo for hosting us!
My business brought several scuba divers to the island to board the Kona Aggressor on the west side of island. We chose to stay in Hilo a few days to explore. Six of us stayed at this location and it was great for getting us by at a great great and fantastic base from which to explore. The hosts made everything super simple and the space was clean and convieniant.
This adorable house is perfectly located, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Simone was always available by text if I had a question. I highly recommend staying here.
