The Space:
Ground-floor access makes the day feel easy here: step onto the lanai for coffee and a peek through the foliage toward the ocean, then come back in to a bright, updated two-bedroom layout. The kitchen is ready for real meals, not just snacks, and AC keeps the space cool after the beach. Two baths and three beds give up to six guests a practical place to recharge.
Guest Access:
Guests at Honua Kai in Ka'anapali enjoy the resort's outdoor pool and hot tub, plus an elevator and disabled parking for easy access. The beachfront setting puts the sand and sea views right at the doorstep. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.
The Neighborhood:
North Ka'anapali pairs long golden-sand beach days with the ease of a resort neighborhood. Walk the shoreline in the morning, snorkel when the water is calm, then choose between beachside dining or Whalers Village for shops and restaurants. The Ka'anapali golf courses are nearby, and Kapalua's bays, trails, and championship golf sit up the coast. In winter, keep an eye on the horizon for humpback whales. It suits families and couples who want Maui's West Side beach life close, but still want room for slow pool afternoons.
Getting Around:
The Honua Kai setting makes beach time and nearby Ka'anapali dining easy. A rental car is useful for exploring more of West Maui and the island. Use the arrival details provided before your stay for exact access and parking information.
Other Things to Note:
Full kitchen with a dishwasher. Central air conditioning. Honua Kai charges a mandatory daily resort fee of $15 plus GET tax, which allows use of resort amenities including the pools and hot tubs. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. There is a $10 parking fee plus tax paid to the bell staff when using valet parking. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

Location, Location, Location. This room is a sliding door between you and a 1 minute walk to the ocean. Clean, comfortable beds, with a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need-
The location was great!
This place was perfect for our family of five! The ground floor location was amazing to walk out and head straight to the beach. They had a good stock of basics both in the kitchen and the bathrooms. We would book again!

This is a gorgeous condo in a great resort. The location of the condo made it so easy to get to the pool and the beach. They provided a ton a beach towels as well as beach chairs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Perfect location, in a very comfortable setting. The ground floor made an easy trip to the beach and outside patio was perfect for evening sunset meals.
Absolutely fabulous property grounds and the perfect condo for a family (or 2 couples!). We stayed 5 nights with a 6 and 7 year old. They LOVED the pools and the bedroom arrangement was perfect for just enough space. We moved to a different condo in Kihei for the last 2 nights and found ourselves wishing we had just stayed put. You won’t regret staying here!
Fabulous stay everything is close by!
Loved this place. Perfect for families with kids with the little patio and private grass area. Felt like we had our own little backyard. The room is a short walk to the beach, pools and elevator to the underground parking making it so much easier whenever we needed to carry anything anywhere. Definitely would recommend this place to families.
The property was vey quiet and the location was great. The villa is dated and needs some maintenance. The fridge was missing glass shelves and storage containers. My daughter tripped on old rug. Bolts to furniture were found on the ground. Given so many options in Maui to stay I would recommend staying elsewhere.
The condo was perfect size for our family of 5, clean and it’s great being on the first floor so we had easy access to the pools and beach. Appreciated that the owners had beach chairs, boogie board and flippers for us to use. Nice big bathrooms.
