Pics make the place seem bigger than it actually is, but it was more than adequate for our needs. A little concerned that the small window would not be acceptable as a secondary egress point.
There were no pictures or dimensions of the room which is called a studio. It is about 10ft X 15ft and seems to be designed for a single person, not a couple. There was one chair and one very small table, and the queen bed was shoved against the wall to provide access to the sink (which did not have hot water available). We may be a little harsh, but it did not help that we stayed in a fabulously furnished and spacious duplex in a subdivision on Akolea Rd before we came here.
Host was very hospitable. Location is great.

Although an older property it was clean n convenient. It served our purpose.
