It is a particularly good fit for a couple or small family that will enjoy a garden-like setting between their West Maui outings.

The Neighborhood:
The appeal of this stretch of West Maui is the range of beach days within reach. Kahekili Beach Park, Black Rock Beach, and Kapalua Beach are all within four miles, allowing guests to mix swimming, snorkeling, and a scenic coastal drive. Fish Market Maui, less than a mile away, is a handy answer to dinner. The area offers a quieter start and finish to the day than the busy center of Ka'anapali.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is Maui's main airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring West Maui's beaches, dining, shops, and coastal sights. Plan on driving for most outings and allow extra time for traffic along the coast.

The host was very welcoming. They just put in new living room furniture that is very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful landscaping, and easy access to the salt water pool. Its a lovely place to stay.
Property felt super safe, nice pool and incredible view right outside the rooms. A 1 minute walk to a bay with 10-20 turtles at almost any time.
The pool is especially nice, the grounds are lush and well maintained The resident Manager Vince is extremely helpful When schools are in session on the mainland, the site is quiet and peaceful

This was a well placed location with great ocean views, and walking distance to the pool. The parking lot is small and hard to get a space unless you are there first thing in the morning. The spaces are painted ridiculously small too. The couch and bed are horribly uncomfortable! We did not sleep well at this location, at all. We are a family of 4, and that was noted on the reservation, but there were only 4 bath towels and 2 beach towels left for us in the unit. Bring your own towels and be prepared to do laundry. There is no washer or dryer in the unit, but there is a communal laundry by the parking lot. There is no real beachfront as there are only large lava rocks directly infront of the property on the beach. Great for seeing sea turtles, or Honu, but not so great for spending a day at the beach without having to drive. One of the perks of this location was the automatic ice maker! Although Maui water tastes horrible, having on demand ice was a big plus (just don't let it melt! Lol). We would probably stay here again, but it's helpful to know all the issues we had so we could plan ahead
our stay in #108 was very delightful. Here, only for a few days, but the owners have made a real effort to welcome guests and make them feel confortable, really enjoyed our time here and would definitely want to return again in the future.
