This elegantly upgraded two-bedroom oceanfront ground-floor residence at the Kaanapali Alii delivers sweeping ocean views from Lanai to Molokai and beyond. Step outside onto the adjacent lawn area and enjoy unparalleled access to the world-famous Kaanapali Beach. With its convenient ground-floor location, the pools, beach, and BBQs are mere steps away!
Enjoy one of West Maui's famous sunsets any time of the year right from the comfort of your own private residence. Your group will have plenty of room to spread out in the expansive 1800+ sq ft of interior living space. The residence comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Fall into a restful sojourn in the sumptuous king-size bed in the primary bedroom, which also features oceanfront views that rival those of any primary bedroom in the state of Hawaii.
The guest bedroom also features a king-size bed with ocean views, as well as views of the lush Kaanapali Alii courtyard pool area. For additional sleeping capacity, we are happy to provide two complimentary memory foam floor mattresses upon advance request. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom that has been fully renovated with granite and travertine for a lavish bath experience.

The modern chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, allowing you to create the perfect meal or refreshment. The in-suite dining area directly overlooks Kaanapali Beach and the crystal blue ocean beyond.

Majorly deceived! Nearly 20k for 8 nights. NOT as advertised! PICS & Video taken as proof of fraud. It's NOT "STUNNING" remodel or "GORGEOUSLY" remodeled or "Elegantly" upgraded as advertised (maybe years ago, but not now)! Extremely poor state of repair. Upon entering we find nearly EVERY single floor tile is broken (not tiny chips/nicks, but full length cracks). Glass shower door edge was broken &left jagged sharp edge which we only realized when hubby leaving shower & it sliced open his arm. Cleaning up blood on floor from his arm gash revealed how filthy/black the floors were! Baseboards missing throughout. Interior NOT clean. Range top filthy. Fridge handles sticky. Sinks not clean. Cabinets appear very old, damaged & dirty; cabinet hardware pulls sticky & grimy. Two of us cleaned nearly 2 hours before unpacking bc we were told no staff available until next day! Curtains tattered/huge tears. Dining chair fabric big tears/holes and/or stained/with food debris still on seats. Dining windows are failed (we tried cleaning windows inside & out to access ocean view while dining, then realized window seals failed, so cleaning won't fix). Furniture awful, damaged, broken. Glass edge on nightstand was broken, their 'fix' was put electrical tape to cover the damage! Pantry items almost comical (salt, pepper & rancid oil). Sadly, I booked in Aug 2024 for Feb 2025 vaca. Another guest review of Nov 2024 explains same issues. Not enough space to list everything wrong. AVOID!

My family and I had an azomg time in this condo. Easy access right at front door to beach. Beautiful views, clean updates place. We love love it. Have stayed here a few times. Couldn’t ask for a better location truly
Too many things not working or in disrepair. …. Dishwasher was not working properly , bathroom sink leaking, dryer not functioning properly, master bedroom drapes torn and tattered . We had maintenance people in our unit every second day ! Not exactly what we envisioned on our holiday.
We celebrated our daughters 30th birthday and the place was awesome. We loved it !!!
So comfortable! Just like being at home! Location was close to restaurants and shopping. Could not beat waking up to the ocean at your front door every day! Property manager had great communication and were so helpful. They really do need to buy a new TV for the front room but luckily we were to busy to use it to much anyway.
This location is perfect. Being on the first floor, able to walk out of your room and onto the beach is amazing. Watching sunrise/sunset from your patio is incredible. This room has been updated at some point and is in wonderful shape. Beds are super comfy. Loved every minute of the stay at the location
