This remodeled two-bedroom, three-bath townhome sleeps four in a gated, garden-filled community set on 28 acres by the water. Lahaina is about a mile north, and Kaanapali is an easy drive when you want a different beach or dinner out. Back at Puamana, take advantage of the pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and the open lawns that make the setting feel spacious. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer keep the practical side of a family stay simple. It is a lovely choice for a small family or two couples who want the West Maui shoreline close at hand.
The Space:
This two-story, garden-level townhome has two bedrooms, three beds, and three baths for up to four guests. Remodeled in 2021, it brings together a full kitchen, air conditioning, cable TV, and washer and dryer with a comfortable layout for a shared trip. Ocean views and the private outdoor area give you a reason to slow down between beach plans. It is an easy space to come home to after a pool swim or an afternoon on the coast.
Guest Access:
This townhome at Puamana, one of Maui's gated beachside communities, gives guests access to the shared pool, beautifully landscaped grounds, and beach access nearby. A private entrance and patio round out the home, with on site parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Puamana is a low-key oceanfront community just south of Lahaina, where 28 acres of tropical landscaping and open lawn create a gentler pace than a large resort. The water is a short walk away, and the community's pools, tennis, and pickleball courts give families options close to home. Lahaina is about a mile north and Kaanapali is a short drive for beach time, shopping, and dining. It is a practical West Maui base for guests who want room to breathe between island outings.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 40 to 45 minutes away along Maui's scenic west side coastline. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, shopping, and dining spread along the coast. Front Street and the historic town center are walkable with charming shops and restaurants, while nearby beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available in lots, though it can fill up in town.

Clean and convenient, easy access to west coast and beaches
Home was clean and well equipped (except for spices if you plan to cook). Beach was right off the back of the house...not a sandy beach but you can wade out and plenty of turtles. Master bedroom had a nice accessible shower with plenty of room. Localized location only 10-15min away from most establishments.
The header says “beachside” but there is no beach within walking distance. The pool closest to this unit is abandoned and overgrown. There is 100 yards of unfinished gravel lots still left from the fires. There were ocean views and the interior was as expected.

They are right in Lahaina so parts of this property were affected by the fires. Super quiet! Close to everything. One pool is operating at this time. This property was beautiful. The gate code, pool code and parking pass pickup needed to be updated, but it was figured out quickly. The property is gated so you get a feeling of being very secure. We loved it!!
What a beautiful home. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly ask for. The best was the early morning as our room was lit by the rising of the sun. Electric curtains open to a view that is unexplainable. The home is clean and furnished perfectly. You’re so grateful for the opportunity to be able to stay. Aloha and Mahalo.
The felt just great
Will recommend this property & will stay again
When we checked in late, they gave us a LOCK BOX code which didn’t work (there was an old style lockbox right next to the door). We fussed with it for about 20 mins at 11pm trying not to wake the neighbours. Turns out it was a DOOR LOCK code, whoch we couldnt see behind the security door. We had a full reno happening next door, took Vacasa 8 days to respond to us. They gave us a 10% refund. Hung iver us the whole trip. Wont ever stay at a Vacasa property again.
Amazing time here! Great communication, great area, AC cooled place down very well! Such a blessing to stay here!
