COOLING NOTICE: This unit has AC in both bedrooms but does not have AC in the living room.

ROAD/PARKING LOT NOISE: Units at Maui Parkshore face the parking lot and Kihei Road which gives it the convenient location and access. You may hear some road noise and parking lot noise if you have the lanai glass slider open. Please be aware of this so it does not affect your expectations or review.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawai‘i. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.
