Overview
Aloha,
Come and share in a consciously-guided yoga session suitable for all levels. Inspired and taught from the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya and B.K.S Iyengar.
During the practice we will work towards creating a deeper connection with the body, mind and spirit.
Hands-on adjustments will be offered to those that request it.
Things to bring:
Yoga mat or towel.
Water bottle (if needed)
Peaceful intention.
***Yoga mats, straps and blocks are available upon request.
***Aromatherapy and a brief gentle massage will be provided during the yoga session.
Itinerary
*Come and enjoy a guided sunset yoga flow near ocean as the sunsets in the distance.
*Your 75 minute yoga session is suitable for all levels and will be a great opportunity to unwind, relax and rejuvenate the body.
The beach park is located across from Ala Moana Center. To get to the yoga session location, walk towards the Magic Island side of the beach park. Stay on the west side of the Magic Island and head towards the point.
Look for the class to be set up on a grassy area under some shade and near the ocean.
Your yoga session will begin and end at the following times:
Monday and Wednesday from 5pm- 615pm.
Please plan on arriving 10 minutes before your class session begins.
