Overview
Yoga performed on stand-up paddle boards floating on the crystal blue waters of Hawaii, this class is the perfect highlight to your day!
Whether you are new to yoga, stand up paddling, or experienced in both, you will find that practicing Yoga on a paddle board offers strength, balance, mindfulness and brings lots of laughter into your day. Sky above, sea below, surrounded by nature, and the salty air will leave you in the most blissful state!
Itinerary
We will meet on the beach for an introduction to our floating yoga studio, and together we walk out with our SUP boards, paddles and anchors to paddle through the bay into the Anahulu River to the location where we will anchor down to practice. Your SUP Yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, tuning into the breath and letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move into a more vibrant flow offering different variations of standing postures before slowing down with restorative postures that will set you up for the sweetest Savasana you’ve ever experienced!
