Meeting & Pickup

Check in at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the tour time

  • Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
  • Travelers should have a high level of physical fitness
  • All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
  • Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)
  • Check is 30 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
