1. All Levels Beach Yoga Flow (50 minutes)
Offered at 8am Wednesdays
A refreshing vinyasa-style flow designed for all experience levels. This class blends breathwork, stretching, strength, and balance while enjoying the beauty of Waikiki Beach. Expect a fun, uplifting practice that leaves you energized and grounded.
2. Yoga Nidra (30 minutes)
Offered at 9am Wednesdays
A deeply calming guided meditation known as “yogic sleep.” This class is done lying down and is designed to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and promote full-body relaxation. Perfect for anyone looking to restore and recharge without physical movement.
3. Flow + Meditation (90 minutes)
Sign up for 8am Class Wednesday and stay for meditation for a discount (contact me for details)
Enjoy a mindful, slower-paced class focused on deep stretching, mobility, and relaxation—perfect for travelers, beginners, or anyone wanting to unwind. The session ends with a guided meditation to help you reset, recharge, and fully soak in the peaceful island energy.
