Itinerary
- You'll board a U.S. Navy-operated shuttle boat that takes you across the harbor to the memorial itself. At the USS Arizona Memorial, you'll have time to reflect and pay your respects. The white structure sits above the sunken battleship, which still rests on the harbor floor. You’ll be able to see parts of the ship below the water and may even notice oil droplets – often referred to as the "tears of the Arizona" – still rising to the surface. This experience offers a powerful, emotional, and educational glimpse into a pivotal moment in history. (60 mins)
- When you book our experience, you'll visit one of the most iconic and solemn sites at Pearl Harbor – the USS Arizona Memorial. This memorial honors the 1,177 crew members who lost their lives during the attack on December 7, 1941. Your visit begins at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, where you'll have time to explore museum exhibits, view historic photos, and learn about the events that led to the U.S. entering World War II. (180 mins)
- Step aboard the legendary USS Missouri, also known as the “Mighty Mo,” one of the most iconic battleships in U.S. history. Moored in Pearl Harbor just a short distance from the USS Arizona Memorial, this massive ship offers an unforgettable walk through time. Travelers will also: Walk the expansive main deck lined with giant 16-inch gun turrets Visit the crew’s living quarters, mess hall, engine rooms, and control centers Learn about the ship’s service in WWII, the Korean War, and the Gulf War Hear fascinating stories from knowledgeable guides stationed throughout the ship The USS Missouri offers a powerful complement to the USS Arizona Memorial, symbolizing both the beginning and the end of the U.S. involvement in World War II.
