Immerse yourself into Hawaii's healthy lifestyle and culture with this amazing pedal-assist electric bike tour. Power up through Manoa Valley with dazzling views and neighborhoods to the trailhead. We hike 1 mile up to the waterfall through an exotic tropical jungle featured in many major movies. After our hike, savor the complimentary delicious Dole Whip vegan soft serve ice cream. We then roll down to one of our favorite cafes for an inclusive healthy meal. *In addition, we provide our guests with complimentary dynamic photos and a tour video as your keepsake for this experience. Itinerary
- After your bike fitting and safety instruction, we roll onto Kapiolani Park to discover its history. (5 mins)
- We power past this lush tropical golf course
- We roll around the Ala Wai golf course to visit the Ala Wai Canal and learn its history.
- We roll through the University campus on our way to the Manoa Valley neighborhood. We stop for photos with the unique. landscape and architecture. (2 mins)
- After we secure the ebikes we begin .8 of a mile hike through the rich jungle with a 300' elevation gain to the Manoa Valley Water Fall. (90 mins)
- We take in the 150' tall waterfall and share informative narration. This valley is also home to filming locations from Jurassic Park and LOST. The path to the waterfall is often muddy and slippery so wear sensible shoes (read: no sandals!), and be aware that flash floods may occur at any time. (15 mins)
- As we ascend into Manoa Valley we observe this neighborhood's eclectic home construction and perfumed tropical flowers.
