Itinerary

- Ke’anae Arboretum Home to roughly 150 specimens (most marked), the arboretum is built along the Pi’ina’au stream on historical Hawaiian lo'i (30 mins)
- A traditional Hawaiian village, Keʻanae is known for its taro fields, much like their ancestors. This area attracts fishermen and photographers from all over the world looking to catch Maui’s famous North Shore waves against the beautiful Keʻanae peninsula. (30 mins)
- The red sand beach in East Maui is one of the few red sand beaches in the world that exists due to the volcanic nature of the island and the red sand next to the blue water around Maui is a sight to behold. (60 mins)
- Lava tubes are by-products of volcanic processes themselves. They form either as the result of surface cooling of lava flows or the result of sequential lava flows, with later flows going underneath the older ones and cavities by a process called inflation (15 mins)
