We are in a black F150 with surf racks west of the parking lot. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for stretching and sunscreen. Please remember to bring swim wear (best to have long sleeve shirts and shorts).Additional Info

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
