Itinerary
The SUP board is a large surfboard and riders paddle it with a long, lightweight single-bladed paddle. The recent popularity of SUP is a result of celebrities, along with athletes, who have taken up the sport for cross training and to increase core strength. The sport offers great fun and the learning curve is simple. During your lesson you will enjoy a paddle on Maui's south shore beautiful coastline as your instructor provides instruction on:
