- 6:00–7:00 PM: Check in at the award-winning Seascape Restaurant—just to the right of Maui Ocean Center—and indulge in an international dinner buffet that celebrates Hawai‘i’s various culinary influences. This vibrant culinary experience is as diverse as the cultures celebrated on stage. Start with the Waiheʻe Mixed Greens Bouquet and then savor an assortment of Sushi, Hawaiian Style Poke, and the sweet earthiness of Molokai Sweet Potato Salad. Move on to hot selections like Adobo Fried Rice, Vegetable Lumpia, Tofu Stir-fry, Kōʻala Chicken, Fish Jun, Kalbi Style Beef, and Pork Enchilada. 7:00–8:30 PM: The Migrations multicultural dance performance is presented on the main stage. Migrations brings to life the diverse cultural influences that shape Hawai‘i today. Each dance performance tells the story of Hawai‘i's heritage through movement, music, and color, featuring traditional and contemporary styles from Tahiti, Spain, Korea, the Philippines, Japan, and Hawaii.
