One of a Kind historical narrated sunset cruise. Scenic and relaxing sunset cruise of the historically significant areas of Kalapaki Bay, Nawiliwili, Haupu Mountain Range, Hulei’a River and Ninini Point. Delicious cocktails and soft drinks all inclusive in this magnificent sunset cruise.
Itinerary
- The captain will narrate this scenic 2 1/2 mile trip up the Hulei'a River. You will be able to see and learn the famous Menehune Fish Pond, Famous movie sights, A glimpse of the National Wildlife Refuge, and Rice family ranch. Fish, birds and native plants remain up river. (60 mins)
- We spend some time in Kalapaki bay. Often this is where we will end up for sunset. History of one of Kauai's first hotel, as well as the construction of Nawiliwili Harbor, and Ninini Point Lighthouse. (30 mins)
