Itinerary
- We visit historical beautiful fall, which is called Rainbow Falls since we may see a rainbow on the fall sometimes in a morning. The we drive through Hilo Town, enjoy nostalgic view of 70–100-year-old streets in Hilo. The historical scenery is sure to be Instagram-worthy! Kamehameha the Great united the Hawaiian Islands and became the first king.
- Big Island Candies is a cookie store established in 1977 with the motto, "Handmade with Hawaiian ingredients”. The macadamia nut cookies and seasonal cute gift packages are very popular. You can see how their cookies are made in their factory through big windows. Children must see! (30 mins)
- We visit exciting World Heritage Kilauea Volcano National Park. You see the Kilauea Crater, walkthrough Thurston lava tube, and more here! Now is the time to see the real volcano with your own eyes. A professional certified guide explains its history as well and takes many photos for your group at the best spot. Dinner is our original Hawaiian-style bento box, which is not sold anywhere else. Let's try some traditional Hawaiian food! (120 mins)
- Let's walk with a guide through mysterious Thurston Lava Tube, a 600-foot-long (183-meter) cave, formed hundreds of years ago by an underground river of magma. (20 mins)
- Enjoy the most spectacular scenery on the Big Island of Hawaii, it's Lava Glow watching!! The sky and smoke from the lava will turn into red after sunset. This is the highlight of this tour and a must-see view for your trip. *Note: Glow may not be seen due to bad weather condition. (15 mins)
- Our professional guide finds the best location of the day to see the stars. You may see stars, planets, galaxies, clusters, and a moon through our telescope. We also provide binoculars for each person to enjoy the night sky themselves. *The location of the tour depends on the weather conditions. (45 mins)
