Itinerary
Kealakekua in Hawaiian translates to “the pathway of the gods”.
Home to a once very large native Hawaiian fishing village on the northern side of Kealakekua bay, Kawaloa Point, stands the Captian Cook monument which was erected in 1874 by Captain Cook's fellow countrymen to commemorate where he was killed by the Native Hawaiians.
Kealakekua is a very historical , sacred and protected area, a Marine Sanctuary and the top rated snorkel destinations in Hawaii. World renowned as being one of the best snorkeling locations in the world primarily because of it protected, remote geographic location which provides calm, crystal clear waters ideal for snorkeling along with its abundance and variety of different marine life.
Our crew will guide you through the bay , in the water. Ensuring you don’t miss anything, providing assistance when needed, and as always making safety and your comfort our top priority.
After Snorkeling enjoy snacks and drinks onboard while we provide you with more history on the area, Native Hawaiian culture. On the way back we will also stop and see a variety of different sites that include , sea caves, blow holes, native Hawaiian cultural sites and battle grounds.
