Caldera Views: You'll likely be able to see the Kīlauea caldera, a large depression formed by volcanic activity, and potentially active lava flows from various overlooks. Lava Flows (Potentially): While not guaranteed, you might see active lava flows, which can create a mesmerizing and awe-inspiring experience. Eruption Viewing: The park does offer viewing areas for eruptions, such as the Kīlauea Overlook and the Kilauea Military Camp. Kilauea Iki Trail: This 3.3-mile loop offers a moderate hike through the volcano's crater and offers beautiful views. Time to Explore: Plan for approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete the hike. Kilauea Visitor Center: The visitor center is a great place to learn about the volcano, its history, and the park's resources. Hike to a Lava tube and visit a chocolate farm nearby (45 mins)
