There are nominal fees that are paid before or after you check out of this timeshare usually $19-22 per day for island tax and daily usage. You if you have a car it is $36 for valet parking nightly. All reservations come through as a lower level but I do request higher floor and best unit/view every time. There are no refunds or cancellations once purchased. You must sign a basic rental agreement on every purchase
Two bedrooms available upon request The new Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk consists of 195 deluxe vacation ownership units through an extensive renovation of the former OHANA Reef Towers hotel.
