There are nominal fees that are paid before or after you check out of this timeshare usually $13-14 per day for island tax and daily usage. You if you have a car it is $36 for valet parking nightly. All reservations come through as a lower level but I do request higher floor and best unit/view every time. There are no refunds or cancellations once purchased. You must sign a basic rental agreement on every purchase

The reservation process with Mr. Buonarosa was easy via the VRBO app. The check in process was also easy. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and in great condition.

One of the best locations to stay in Waikiki! Rooms were great - clean, spacious, and fully furnished. Facilities were great with ping pong, pool table, hot tub, and pool. The pool is quite deep - mostly 6-7.5’ deep, so not great for little kids, but you can make do with floaties.

We enjoyed eight days wonderful days at the Wyndham beach walk two bedroom two bath condominium The week of March 7. The accommodations were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was clean and they provided all the comforts of home. We rented a car, even though you don’t really need one as it is a perfect location for walking to nearly everything. The parking is overpriced yet convenient. The pool was small but deep and well-maintained, as well as the hot tub. The kitchen was nice to have and fully stocked. I would recommend this condo to a family going to Honolulu, especially if they want to be in the middle of the action!

My family has a wonderful vacation to stay in Wyndham Waikiki beach. It was very closed to the beach. James Buonarosa provided all the information that I needed very quickly. I would highly recommnended for other people.
