What a lovely property! The motorized and adjustable beds made falling asleep a dream. All the basics, like spices, oil, sugar, and tide pods, were a great help. There were lots of fresh towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers for trips to the beach. They even had boogie boards and snorkels. All in all, we would stay again.

Wonderful location. Spectacular view. Clean and well stocked. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Being right across the street from the beach was fantastic and spotting whales from the lanai was incredible. Highly recommend. We will be staying here again.

It was a great vacation for us. We were able to cook meals easy, because the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The living room was comfortable. We were able to relax and watch TV. The Lani is quite lovely, wonderful privacy and very comfortable. The bedrooms were very nice with a comfortable beds & nice beddings. Short walk to a cute little beach. Wonderful restaurant at walking distance. Just 30 minutes to the airport, which wasn’t too bad of a drive.

The condo was amazing! It's great being across from one of the only white sands beach in Kona. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and all sorts of other fun beach stuff! The beds were so very comfortable! It was everything we would need. I was very happy with the condo! Please note, there is only one parking spot available, not two. If you have more that one car, one will have to park on the street.

Great 2 br. AC works good. You need this to be comfortable. Nice deck. In the unit are boogey boards, 3 beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel gear. The white Sands Beach, a short walk, is amazing for relaxing or going for a swim with a beautiful sand bottom. We drove the entire island and this beach is in the top 3. Most of the island has no beach. Our dishwasher wasn’t working but no big deal. Just washed by hand. Knutson was very responsive and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Overall we were very happy.

This is a great place to stay with 5 min walk to the beach... Parking spot for this apartment is bad and they charged a $50 damage insurance which was not called out when I booked the reservation - this is the only reason it is a 4 star but apartment condition, location, etc were super great.

This is a beautifully maintained, spacious condo in a fantastic location. My husband and I and another couple loved the comfortable beds and living room, modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and close proximity to the beach, downtown Kona, and multiple restaurants. The spacious balcony with ocean view was a big bonus. The property managers were very communicative and responsive. Onerall a top-notch experience. Highly recommend!
This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting the area. The condo was beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds. It was far enough away from the touristy hustle and bustle to really be relaxing. I miss the lanai and how enjoyable it was to sit outside while listening to the birds an viewing the ocean in the distance.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The living room seating and beds were comfortable. The condo had plenty of cups, silverware, dishes and cookware. The large lanai was fantastic for watching the sunset. Parking was convenient to the elevator and the unit.
