Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast.

Upon entering unit 216, you will see the bedrooms on each side. To the right, the guest bedroom with brand new twin beds (can be made into a king bed, upon request), smart tv, and plenty of room to unwind. The primary bedroom features a stunning ensuite, a brand-new king bed, smart tv, and a tranquil bathroom and shower. From the bedrooms to the communal area, you will love the beach-chic serenity.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, and cookware. It opens to a breakfast nook and the dining area. Unwind while on the couch after a long day or run your business remotely from the workstation. You will want to spend your evenings watching the sunset on the private lanai.

Please note: There are a few steps up to the elevator to take you up from the ground floor. There is also a set of steps to take you from the elevator to the unit making it not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children, the lanai is not childproof.

***At this time the tennis courts located within the complex are not usable as they were undergoing renovation and the work had to be stopped to research possible archeological impacts of the project. ***

**The Hawai'i County Department of Parks and Recreation closed La'aloa Beach Park (the closed parking lot including the cultural sites along the water that are across from the Keauhou Bldg driveway). The south end of Magic Sands Beach Park is also closed for construction improvements. Both projects will run concurrently and are expected to be completed in approximately 7-8 months.
