An absolute gem that over looks Magic Sands Beach Park. The unit is recently remodeled and loaded with everything you need. We spent all our time here either on the balcony, at the beach, or pool. We didn’t play tennis or pickleball buts the courts are new. We stayed here for six nights and the time absolutely flew by. We have stayed all over Hawaii and this is one of the best spots. Just a note that they call it “Magic Sands” for a reason. When we stayed the beach was wide and full of white sand, a few days after we left there was high surf and it pulled the sand back out. Which makes the rocky entry a bit more challenging. Also a favorite local pastime is to cruise Alli Drive with some serious tunes blasting at all hours. It makes for the best people watching during the day but at night I would put in ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall this place is the perfect Kona hangout spot. When we make it back to Kona this will be the first unit we check for availability. 10/10 Recommend!
This property was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to multiple beaches and snorkeling spots as well as shopping. My family and I loved staying here!
We loved our stay at the Surf Rider condo! The check-in was easy and the property matched the description exactly. It's located right across the road from Magic Sands beach, which is great for swimming and boogie boarding, and just a mile from the best snorkeling beach on the coast at Kahalu'u Beach. It's a corner unit so it has a huge lanai with a great view, and also right across the street from Magics Restaurant, where we had a great meal on our last night. The property was very clean with lots of beach gear. Can't wait to come back!
Great Lanai, and unit layout. Nice pool, and park across the road. Excellent wash,dryer, frig, etc. Not too far from town. Excellent restaurant a half block away. Poke Shack ( best in Hawaii) is just a mile north.Negatives. Needs a new king master bed. No internet by the pool. Two sets of stairs to the unit.
Everything went well with are condo. The rap around porch was great and the little cooler came in handy with the ice packs in the freezer. Plenty of room with great sunsets at night. The was a little too firm but okay. A little noisy on the street but that was expected. I would definitely recommend the place.

Nothing can beat this wrap around porch with a view of the beautiful ocean. Woke up each morning to do a workout followed by breakfast as I watched the world come to life. Great location to be away from the business of Kona, but close enough to take a little drive to enjoy the shopping and night life. No beach at Magic Sands, but we were able to drive a short ways to find one. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and the unit was everything as advertised and more.
Loved this spot, great views and impeccable access to snorkeling and diving. Would absolutely stay again.

Overtall was a good location with great beach views, noisy at times but also fun to view the beach activities. The unit itself need updating, the quality of the basic amenities was not as expected, in short, a critical look at the unit with some basic upgrades would make a big difference

We stayed in this unit for 3-nights. It was exactly as described! It was my wife and I and our two children. We had plenty of room and it was nice having two full bathrooms! No bugs, very clean. You can hear the waves crashing! Only downside was no air conditioning, but we knew that going in. It does get hot in the late afternoon when the sun is setting. My son was able to set up a make shift putting course on the large wrap around balcony! There was also a nice pool/hot tub and gas grills on the property! Overall A+ for us!

We had a wonderful time at #213. It's a great space for a family of 4. the location was perfect. We loved being across from the beach. There's no AC so we always had the sliding doors open. The cross breeze was nice. It could get a little loud with traffic, but we didn't mind. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the lanai and the view and walking across to the beach was a highlight. Appreciated the boogie boards that we could use and some other beach supplies. The pool was also great! We had a fabulous time!

Had a great stay at White Sands Village. Property has a great location right in front of the beach. Unit is very clean, up to date and well stocked. Management company was good at communicating throughout our stay. This unit is right in front of the action, so you have great people and car watching. This does make the place a bit noisy, with the waves crashing and the car stereos driving by. We enjoyed the action, but some may not. Overall a great unit.
Perfect location and has an awesome view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking items you'd need on vacation (not food). I would stay here again for sure!
