Communicating with Denise prior to our stay was so incredibly helpful. She was quick to answer, transparent and friendly. The condo itself was comfortable once we were in the one-bedroom suite, the studio suite was just too crammed for our family at this stage but hey, we were crammed in paradise :) the facilities are over all very well taken care of, but we did have an issue with our rooms not getting cleaned during one week of our stay. After discussing this with the management team we received a credit towards our bill. Great location, amazing resort amenities and again, working with Denise was a fabulous experience!

Our favorite part of the resort was the location for snorkeling right from their beach. We saw so many different kinds of fish as well as turtles. The room was nice and had all the amenities needed. We would stay here again and for sure book with Denise again!

WOW! Just wow, what a view! One of our favorite parts of the trip was waking up to watch whales as we drank our morning coffee. The resort is stunning, especially when it is lit up at night by all the tiki torches. The pools were pristine clean, although the ocean was so close, we barely used them! We rented snorkel gear from Snorkel Bob’s and without us even letting her know where we were staying, the lady there told us the beat place to snorkel that day was on Kaanapali Beach, right in front of the resort! We saw tons of beautiful, colorful fish and reef life.
Booking was made incredibly easy by Denise who was always quick to answer our questions, and provided helpful information for the Covid restrictions currently in Hawaii. I would definitely stay here again, thanks for a wonderful honeymoon experience!
This location is top notch, with all of the Westin amenities and high quality Westin room, a beautiful beach and pool, and a convenient shuttle to Lahaina, or an easy walk to neighboring resorts, restaurants and shopping centers. Diane made booking so easy, was quick to respond and really went out of her way to ensure we had a great room and easy checkin. One or my fave rentals ever!

We booked an island view studio condo for a week in Maui. The condo was well equipped and furnishings were modern and comfortable. The resort itself is huge, with lots of people however it never felt crowded. Check in was a breeze, and we particularly enjoyed the ease of having free valet parking the first night we arrived as we arrived very late at night. The beach in front of the resort is great for snorkeling with lots of coral and rocks. There is a better swimming area down the beach a bit (4-5 min walk). We used a combination of beach rentals (umbrella and 2 chairs were $40 USD for the day) and staying on loungers at the pool during our week. The pool areas do fill up fast, especially under the shade umbrellas so it is best to save your spots early. It was nice that there was an adult only hot tub and pool as well. As much as I don't mind kids playing around, sometimes it's nice to just get away. We did most of our own cooking in the kitchen/BBQ area, however we used the recommendation of the property owner and ate at one of the restaurants on site. It was delicious and the leftovers were great for lunch the next day. The property owner was quick to respond to questions, was very informative and great to work with. She was quick to forward information that she received from the Westin regarding information/activities for the week of our stay, and even sent us well wishes right before our trip. I can't wait to head back to Maui and will most definitely choose this property and owner's listing again.
