What an amazing trip! This is a beautiful resort, and our first time at this property. We have friends with a timeshare here, and we were very fortunate in finding an owner with a one bedroom unit listed on VRBO. Robert was very helpful and extremely easy to work with through the entire rental process. He even checked in via email during the week, to see how things were going.
Be aware that rooms are rarely available before 4pm. The people at the desk will tell you this when you arrive, and do provide a place to change so you can enjoy the pool or beach. They also provide a safe place to store your belongings and refrigerated storage for food. I suggest packing a swimsuit, sunscreen, etc. in a carry-on so you are ready to go! Guests at all the Westin villa resorts have access to all the pools at each of the resorts. If you have a flight late in the day, storage is again available while you enjoy the pool or beach.
The one bedroom unit has everything you need for a perfect week, and the units are very quiet. The location is great, with several restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as onsite places to eat. There is also a free shuttle for resort guests that will take you to Whaler's Village and to several stops in Lahaina. We walked to Whaler's Village, a very pleasant walk along the beach. The snorkeling directly in front of this resort is very good, in fact better than on a catamaran snorkeling excursion.
It was a fantastic week, and we weren't quite ready to go home. We will definitely be back!
We enjoyed our stay at the Westin very much. A large resort, with several pools and a couple adult hot tubs. The sports pub is by far the best restaurant on site!!! It’s located quite close (north of) the Black Rock and Whalers village which just provides more to do. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Husband and I stayed in a Studio Villa overlooking the ocean. Villa was clean and met our needs. Working with the owner was pleasant experience. He was flexible in helping us meet our planned dates. The property itself is very nice. Although occupancy was high, it never felt crowded around the pools or at the beach. Property amenities were also very accommodating. While there, we used the fitness center, pool canopies and grills without any issues. Also, recommend Auntie's Restaurant for lunch pool side.
The only negative experience we had was the original agreement with the owner promised daily cleaning. I confirmed and reconfirmed this prior to finalizing our reservation. However, when we arrived the hotel said we would only receive one mid-week cleaning and refused to honor the agreement made with the villa owner.
