Poor description of home. Home is in disrepair. Shower door broken, primary sliding glass door does not work, coffee pot overflows, etc. Fans do not count as air conditioning. Dirty- Cleanliness leaves so much room for improvement. Very limited kitchen equipment. Location is great but pictures are not a good representation of the home.
Really great location, clean house, well equipped, has individual A/C units in bedrooms and living room which was really nice.
We really enjoyed our vacation here. We had a bit of trouble checking in because the security keypad was not working but they addressed it quickly. The lanai had a wonderful view and we saw humpback whales, dolphins and turtles during our stay. It would be fun if there were binoculars for viewing the whales. The multi-level layout, particularly the foyer area, was not baby-friendly but we kept a very close eye on our crawling baby. I know bugs are to be expected on the island, but we did have to be more careful with our food in this house than we have had to be in other houses in the area as there were a lot of “pests” getting in. A few places were in need of repair/update, such as the lower level of the lanai by the primary bedroom, which was flooded, but we didn’t use it much anyway. The location is ideal and our kids enjoyed loved having access to the pool at the athletic club.
Absolutely a beautiful location right across a street to the seawall.Property was very pretty and nicely decorated. Tall ceiling with beams.We had A few small problems. One was the shower door in the primary bedroom didn’t work properly and we had to take it off for the week. Also the curtains in the primary did not provide enough privacy. And lastly, the stove and cooktop were not good. The burners were all small and when we tried to cook in the oven or on the burners the smoke detector went off. We called the first full day we were there and complained, but no one ever came out. We did get a reimbursement for one night because of the inconvenience.

We loved our stay! The view is absolutely amazing ..you enjoy it from the moment you walk in the front door. The lanai is everything! What a special place to sit and enjoy evening cocktails while watching the sunset or spending time at any time of day relaxing in the comfy chairs listening to the crashing waves across the street. We saw sea turtles every day! The house was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was so well stocked. An added bonus was the access to the Athletic Club..we enjoyed using the fitness center. Our family had a spectacular week and we hope to return someday!!!!

Beautiful house and great location. Spent a lot of time sitting on the patio. It was our favorite spot.
Things that were difficult with this home. The cook top did not heat up properly, the oven was terrible, very small and difficult to work. Home included a gym membership. We went and they couldn’t find us on list. As we called the management company they said they would ask their “local staff” never returned our calls. We had 3 people in our party that use fitness centers daily and went without for our time there. The corners in the shower were filled with

The views of the ocean. Right across the street. We sat for many hours in the patio and just watched for whales. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed. There were some minor repair issues but nothing that really impacted our trip. Only concern was the temperature at night in the bedrooms. Daytime temps outside were in mid to upper 70’s but the bedrooms never cooled down. We even went and bought two extra fans from Walmart to help, sleeping well was tough. All that said, we would go back here in the future for the views alone!!
Great location - close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Clean house but in need of some upgrades, which is easy to look past this if you spend most of your time outside on the INCREDIBLE deck. Seriously perfection. Would have loved to see some beach chairs to use.
We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Easy communication and booking. The property was cleaned well and they offered a few local snacks available on arrival. Plenty of towels and sheets.
The house itself was perfect for our party of 2 adults and 3 children and could likely accommodate more. Nicely furnished, kitchen was well stocked with essentials.
The views from the master bedroom and living room are wonderful and the location is walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee, and ice cream. The beach is also a short 5 minute walk to the Sheraton for a lovely sandy beach.
