Great location, nice unit, very comfortable bed, patio furnishings could use a refresh
This unit is just as described in the listing. The pictures are accurate.
It is not walkable to the beach, which is a 5 minutes drive away. The unit is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. We enjoyed the quietness of the sub division.
The kitchen is better stocked than my own kitchen! We really had everything we needed for a few meals we cooked. Grocery stores and farmers markets are also a short drive away, very convenient.
Living room and two bedrooms have their own TV, that was very nice! The master bedroom's bed is very high. We needed a step stool (provided in the closet) to get in bed. :)
The bathrooms and showers are great, no issues.

Really enjoyed the views from the condo, everything was clean and a lot of options close by for food.
Ocean Views.... gorgeous sunsets as you get to the rental like about a half a block away you get quite the view. A really nice pool surrounded and secluded by trees right outside your door and I believe it was heated. We basically had the place to ourselves except for one other couple with a small child. We had six adults on and off at different times during our stay. The shops at Wailea offer basically anything you could want from fine dining to ice cream and beer. They had live entertainment as well. Plenty to do around here and really quiet at the condo it was super nice. Except for of course the birds but who can control them LOL. They just added to the ambience of it all! The Stice team was beyond belief quick to respond to any questions and wonderful to work with. I hope I get the opportunity to rent from them in the future! This condo is at the back of the condo complex and is very quiet and tranquil. Very close to one of the pools. We had 3 condos (building 5,12 and this one at 16) this trip and is the furthest from the beach. But we had a car so no issue for us and prefer the quiet location. This was the spot we all gathered at the most :). We loved having the island market so close by for last minute needs.
Condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Decor is lovely. Responsive management company! Highly recommend.
Having stayed in this area and even this complex previously, we knew it would be a great location! The condo was very spacious and clean! Easy check in and out process. Great communication from the Stice Team! Would love to stay again!

The condo was very well-appointed, nicely decorated, and was a very peaceful place to stay. The view from the lanai was great and the complex is very well maintained. The location was very convenient and the management company did a great job with communication and making sure we had everything we needed.
