Fully furnished kitchen, and beach accessories, from umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, and great AC, beautiful view, no noise from pool. Will definitely stay here again if available on next trip. Centrally located to everything!!
Nice parking! Has a coffee machine! Great view!! Nice pool and hot tub! Pretty central! The only con is that the bedroom is definitely warmer than the rest of the apartment

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here. The bed was so comfortable, beautiful view, pool and hot tub were great. Lots of what you need to enjoy a vacation were right here (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). It was very windy, but maybe that is just Maui this time of year.
Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Clean unit with just about everything you will need for a short vacation.
My husband and I came to Maui to celebrate 10 years together. We knew we would be exploring the whole island, so Kihei was the perfect central location. This condo was perfect! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! We loved looking out at the water each morning as we enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai. This property exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable and special trip.

Living room Couch was very uncomfortable as well as the Dining area chairs… would suggest new furniture in those areas…
I absolutely loved this condo and I really didn’t want to leave! It was beautifully furnished and the view was amazing! I loved that Jennifer had everything you could possibly need and responded quickly to any questions that I had. I would love to come back!!!
Booked trip in May of 2024. 3 days before arrival received door code. Upon arrival we were denied entry due to double booking by the property manager, who in fact hung up on us twice without offering any help to find us another place to stay. We ended up finding a condo working with Hawaii Real Estate Executives, who were wonderful to work with, We had to cut short our vacation due to it only being available for 1 week and we had planned on staying 2 weeks. Also had to reschedule flight and car reservation. We did receive a refund for the condo booked. I would not recommend booking with this property manager.
The unit is pretty well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Has beach towels, beach chairs, beach blanket and noodles to use. The bed is super comfy. Easy quick walk to pool and beach. Sugar beach was great walking. The whales were out in fine form and even some sea turtles poking their heads out of the water near shore. We will be back!
Wonderful stay, excellent location, loved the fact that we could take daily walks on the beach to the farmers market, get a shaved ice, or just take a stroll, the pool was nice, met a lot of nice people and family's, the grounds were nice and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was great, well stocked and great view of pool area and ocean.We arrived later in the day,after 7:00, our reservation confirmation had the access code, but not the actual unit number..fortunately we were able to get ahold of the host directly! Jennifer was very responsive. Initially had difficulty accessing the w-fi,there were several options for our specific unit and I was trying to access the wrong one..
The property is nice, clean and in a great location to get to everything on the island.

This condo was great! Well stocked and clean. We’ve stayed in other units that had the bare minimum. We were surprised when we walked in to see all the extras! Furniture was comfortable and the view from lanai was awesome!
Great vacation place! The place looked exactly how it did on the pictures, beautiful ocean view. Size of the condo was perfect for the two of us. Check in process was super easy. Condo was clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed including beach gear. There is plenty of parking in the parking structure. Private beach just steps away. Location is within walking distance to shops and a restaurant. Overall this is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Maui, it’s not as touristy as other areas, pretty laid back. Finally, Jennifer was great! She is very responsive and worked with us to get a late check out due to our plain leaving late, which we really appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
We had spent the week in Molokai and came to Maui for a couple of nights before we flew back. It was a very perfect spot for us to lay our heads and have a beautiful day to cruise around and see Maui spend time on the beach. The pool. There is a little store just a short walk away, and there are many places close by for eating out. Thank you for sharing your beachfront condo 🌺😎
Comfortable, roomy, perfect for 2. Close to beach, pool and parking. Josie with concierge company was so helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. We rented a boogie board for the week

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, the pool and hot tub were awesome and the view of ocean was fantastic. We were able to enjoy our coffee every morning while listening to the ocean waves. The place had amble parking, the grounds were meticulously maintained, and beach was only a few steps away. Highly recommend!
We loved sugar beach and want to come back! The complex is just the right size, not too crowded but big enough to have a nice pool and sprawling grounds. The location is amazing as a jump off point for points east, west, and north. The beach itself is never crowded, offers great swimming for young kids, and even fair snorkeling. The condo comes very well equipped with kitchen equipment, many sand toys, and beach chairs. Despite being a busy spring break week with many families, the surrounding condos (above below next door) never disturbed us with noise. We would love to come back!
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach and experienced Maui again. Great pool area. Loved the morning walks on the beach!
The property is dated and could use a coat of paint. Shower doors leak badly, you must keep a towel on the floor to prevent flooding.
There are no smoke detectors.
Quiet hours were observed which was helpful since we were over the pool. Unit was well stocked with everything vacationers needed.

Host was excellent with great information about the property and area. The property was clean and set up very well for a vacation rental. The location was good and the amenities were nice. Bonus - it is on the ocean!
